1. What time is check-in?

Check-in is after 2.00pm.

Access is independent with keys on site inside a safety deposit box with code.

2. What time is check out?

Check out is before 10:00am.

For departures outside these hours it is necessary to communicate it in advance.

Upon agreement, if possible, luggage can be stored until departure.

3. Is there a reception?

AQVAE Unconventional Country House does not have an on-site reception, the reception of Dora maison de charme in Ivrea, another structure of our group, is available, manned at the following times.

From 07:30am to 11:00am and from 05:00pm to 09:00pm.

4. What language do they speak at Reception?

Italian, English, French and Spanish

5. Do you run the shuttle service from the station?

Taxi service is not available in the town of Oglianico.

Favria/Oglianico station is about 900 meters from the property.

The shuttle service is available upon reservation.

6. Is smoking allowed?

No inside the structure, but being in the open countryside it is possible to smoke outside.

7. Does the structure have access and services for the disabled?

No. We do not have a lift or access for the disabled. We are very sorry, but architecturally it is not possible for us to add an elevator.

8. Are pets allowed?

Not at the moment. We had to, in spite of ourselves, make this choice. Soon we will equip an area.

9. What appliances is the structure equipped with?

The property has a hairdryer, fridge with freezer, washing machine, clothes horse, iron with ironing board and dishwasher. We have European electrical sockets plus schuko adapters.
