Within a property of more than 10k sq m, the house formed part of an old factory from the late 1800s that was destroyed by fire. The recovery project also counts on the restoration of the ancient water jump that fed the structure, where a hydraulic screw (Archimedes screw) that produces “green” electricity from a renewable source has currently been inserted. A project totally based on the logic of eco-sustainability and energy independence of the structure.
A few hundred meters from the small and characteristic village of Oglianico, a few kilometers from the charming Rivarolo Canavese it is convenient to services.
Accessible by car or train/bus from nearby Favria station and only 20 min from Turin-Caselle airport.

The restoration of the original structure gives the annex that mix of rustic and contemporary that together with the soft colors and choice of furnishings, make it warm and welcoming.

Only 10 kilometers, 15 minutes by car, is the Ducal Castle of Aglié.

Gran Paradiso National Park
Gran Paradiso National Park is the oldest national park in Italy, established on December 3, 1922, located straddling the Aosta Valley and Piedmont regions, around the Gran Paradiso massif.
